Fret Smasher Patch v0.39.1 A2

Song Difficulty Tags

The song difficulty tags have been given a small overhaul which allows for reading ratings above 6. Since we now allow ratings above 6, the difficulty sorting method will also reflect this however this requires players to update their song cache. After updating your game, you will be asked to scan your songs due to an out of date song cache.

Now for difficulty tags that are above a 6, you will see some fun new visuals. Any tag at 7 or higher will now be on fire! If a tag is at 10 or higher, it will turn cyan. 15 or higher will be purple. And finally 20 or higher will be a rainbow flame.

Change-log:

  • New fire shader for difficulty tags at 7 or higher

BUG FIXES

  • Fixed an issue preventing players from loading into local multiplayer games or bot matches
  • Fixed an issue where the game is waiting for leaderboard search results after saving scores in modes where leaderboards are disabled. This lead to long wait times before the game forced itself to accept inputs to continue
  • Fixed an issue where the song scanner could crash mid scan leaving players with only a selection of their total songs scanned
  • Fixed an issue where song difficulty tags were not being read in certain conditions

ADJUSTMENTS
